How do I purchase a fine art print?
What happens when I make a purchase:
After you have payed for an item on my website the fine art printer connected with my site will get your order, fill it and then mail it. When mailed they will contact you with mailing information. The item(s) are delivered to the address you give.
Refunds and Returns:
If you there are any problems contact me within one week of receiving the item. You WILL NOT mail the item back to the print company but to me so you will need to contact me (find this information on contact page)
I usually reply within 48 hours during normal business hours
Why are only certain size prints available for an art piece?
The sizes available are the sizes that the pixel/DPI will give a print of good quality based on the file content of the original scanned artwork.
Can I get a different frame or matt than what is shown?
The matting and framing available here is what the fine art printer has available at this time. I cannot change these options. You can have any art print mailed to you and you have it matted and framed yourself.

Many artists are no longer giving refunds unless damaged in shipping so please be certain you want your artwork when you purchase it. I am still giving refunds for returned items at this time because customer satisfaction is important to me.
